Aspire Cohorts

Aspire Cohorts are small, curated leadership groups for nonprofit and social impact professionals who are ready to grow, stretch, and lead with more clarity.

This is not a training, and it’s not a webinar series. It’s a transformation container. You bring your real leadership tensions, decisions, and aspirations. We bring structure, coaching, and a community that helps you move forward.

What is Aspire?

Aspire Cohorts are designed to build organizational capacity by strengthening the people carrying the work. When leaders gain clarity, confidence, and better tools for navigating complexity, their teams and organizations feel the difference.

Aspire is built for leaders who want meaningful growth without hype, and who value both practical tools and honest reflection.​

You’ll build trusted relationships with peers who understand the realities of nonprofit leadership. This cohort is designed to feel supportive, steady, and real.

Breakthrough on a Major Challenge

You’ll choose one meaningful leadership challenge and work it through over the arc of the cohort. Expect movement, not just insight.

Objective Self Awareness 

Get clearer about your patterns, strengths, and blind spots, especially under pressure. The goal is not perfection. It’s fresh insight from peers your can trust.

A Safe Space to Vent and Be Human

Aspire makes room for the emotional load of leadership without turning the cohort into therapy. You’ll have space to name what’s true and move forward with more steadiness.​

The Basics

  • ​Format: 5 live cohort sessions on Zoom

  • Session length: 90 minutes per session

  • Cohort size: Intentionally small to protect depth, trust, and real airtime

  • Who it’s for: Leaders across mid-career and executive roles who want to elevate how they lead, navigate a season of change, or stabilize under the weight of complexity and overload, without losing themselves in the process

  • Cadence: A consistent rhythm designed for busy leaders. Live sessions plus light between-session reflection or application

  • Time needed between sessions: Light lift. Expect no more than 60 minutes between sessions.

  • What you’ll get: Practical tools, peer support, coaching-style facilitation, and a clear arc that helps you apply what you’re learning in real time

  • Investment: $1,850 per participant

  • Scholarships & sliding scale: Availabile

  • Payment plans: Available

  • Employer reimbursement: Common. If you need a simple reimbursement letter for professional development funds, we’ll provide one.​​​
