Leadership Coaching
Leadership can be lonely especially when you’re navigating growth, burnout, complexity, or transition. At The Collaborative Collective, we offer personalized, trauma-informed, coaching for nonprofit leaders who are ready to grow, shift, or simply pause and breathe.
This isn’t surface-level support or one-off advice. It’s a structured partnership built around your goals, your context, and your pace. You bring the questions, the tensions, or the dreams. We bring a clear, grounded process to help you lead with integrity, clarity, and confidence.
Mariko Gilman
We’re proud to refer women of color, especially those in leadership transitions, to our trusted colleague, Mariko Gilman.
Mariko provides trauma-informed, restorative coaching, with a focus on supporting Asian American women and others navigating systemic pressure, cultural expectations, or seasons of change.
Her work is grounding, liberatory, and deeply healing. We can’t recommend her enough.
