Choose Your Path
We offer three ways to engage, depending on where your organization is and what it needs most.
Best for: Organizations ready for ongoing support, training, and leadership guidance
What it is: An annual engagement that embeds AI into your organization through structured training, ongoing co-learning conversations, and advisory support.
Outcome: A living practice that builds visibility, strengthens decision-making, and allows your organization to engage AI responsibly over time
Best for: Organizations that want to build a strong policy foundation alongside peers
What it is: A guided, cohort-based experience that helps your organization develop a credible, practical AI policy while learning in community with other nonprofit leaders.
Outcome: A board-ready policy, shared language across your team, and a clear starting point for responsible use
Best for: Organizations with greater complexity that want a fully tailored approach
What it is: A white-glove engagement that includes custom policy development, leadership alignment, and implementation of a full Responsible AI Practice.
Outcome: End-to-end governance, from policy through practice, designed specifically for your organization

The Responsible AI Practice
Annual Engagement. Our Primary Service.
For organizations ready to build and sustain a Responsible AI Practice over time.
This is not a training event or a policy document. It is an annual engagement designed to embed ongoing learning, leadership visibility, and shared governance into how your organization operates.
What's included in the baseline engagement:
-
AI Foundations Staff Trainings
-
Two sessions paced roughly six months apart, grounded in your organization's values and governance. Not generic AI content. Sessions built for the nonprofit context, covering responsible use, emerging risks, and practical guidance your team can actually apply. Serves as baseline orientation for new staff and optional refresher for existing staff as the landscape evolves.
-
-
PRC Organizational Learning Sessions
-
Most leaders don't have full visibility into how AI is being used across their organization. These sessions change that. Using TCC's Permission, Responsibility, and Co-Learning framework, we facilitate three structured team conversations annually. Each one surfaces real usage, clarifies boundaries, and identifies risks before they become problems. They also uncover where staff are already innovating, so those discoveries can be shared and scaled across the whole organization. For larger organizations, sessions are organized by department or team to keep conversations focused and every voice in the room.
-
-
Executive Advising + Async Support
-
When a hard question lands on your desk, you shouldn't have to figure it out alone. Up to four hours of direct advisory time with executive leadership annually, plus ongoing email and messaging access for questions on policy, tools, and emerging use cases. A knowledgeable partner available when it matters, not just at scheduled touchpoints.
-
Add-ons available: additional PRC series, policy development, board training, executive sessions, department workshops.

The Policy Lab
A Cohort Experience
For organizations that want to build a credible AI policy foundation alongside peers.
The Policy Lab is a guided cohort experience that helps your organization develop a practical, board-ready AI policy while learning in community with other nonprofit leaders. You leave with shared language, leadership alignment, and a clear foundation for responsible use.
Best for: Organizations earlier in their AI governance journey who want peer learning built into the process.
Custom Governance
A White-Glove Engagement
For organizations with greater complexity, higher risk environments, or board-level governance needs that require a fully tailored approach.
This engagement includes custom policy development, leadership alignment, and full implementation of a Responsible AI Practice designed specifically for your organization.
Best for: Larger organizations, higher-stakes environments, or situations where off-the-shelf frameworks aren't enough.
